Copper Valley Home Health (CVHH), a division of Copper Queen Community Hospital, is a full service Home Health Agency, serving a large portion of Cochise County. CVHH cares for patients in their homes and those patients range from those who are recovering from surgery to those who are learning to manage a chronic disease or cope with a serious illness while remaining in their homes.
CVHH nurses work from 8:30am – 5:00pm, seven days a week, and a nurse is on call 24 hours a day.

Medication regimen
Adult home infusion
Rehabilitation:

Fracture and trauma rehab
Home safety and mobility instruction
Home Tele-Monitoring is a recent enhancement to our services. Selected, appropriate patients can be monitored by units that electronically measure health indicators such as blood pressure, oxygen levels, diabetic glucose levels and wound status. To learn more, visit our Tele-Health Services page.
CVHH does not provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing or homemaking except as authorized by Medicare or private insurance.
CVHH provides Personal Emergency Response System monitors, also, which provide a measure of comfort and security for patients living alone, or in need of the ability to summon help via the response button.
